In order to create scalable coaching income, you have to make sure that your High Ticket Group Program is scalable from the very beginning. 

There are really only 3 main deliverables you need in your High Ticket Group Program to provide a high-value transformation to your clients.

However, the first time you offer a High Ticket Group Program imposter syndrome will likely kick and cause you to want to include a lot of "bells and whistles" that may not be necessary.

If you insist on adding some bells and whistles, I want you to make sure that these "bells and whistles" will be sustainable in the long run as your program grows.

This will ensure you will not have to limit enrollment in the future, or deal with the logistical nightmare of making modifications in your program down the road.

If you decide to add additional deliverables I want you to ask yourself:

"Will this work with 100 or more clients?"

If it won't, then you shouldn't consider offering it to your first 10 clients.

I don't want you to offer unscalable features in your High Ticket Group Program because I want you to create a scalable coaching business.
